Leng Ho KEAT

Dr. Leng Ho Keat has been teaching business subjects in tertiary educational institutions for several years and is an accredited Teacher in Higher Education with the Staff and Educational Development Association, United Kingdom. He is also the Academic Advisor to Aston Group Hong Kong. Besides teaching, Ho Keat is interested in research and has published more than ten research papers in international conferences in the areas of retail management, sports marketing and education. He is currently a reviewer for several academic journals including the Journal of Behavioural and Applied Management and the Journal of Management History. He is also an ad-hoc reviewer for several academic conferences. Prior to his academic career, Ho Keat spent several years in the retail and distributive industry and a stint in the Corporate Planning department with a public-listed real estate company. He has been invited to speak at industry conferences and participate in various industry and national projects, including the judging of the Singapore Retailers’ Association Awards. Ho Keat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business and Management from the University of South Australia.

Dr. Lim Wee Hun Stephen

Dr. Stephen Wee Hun LIM received his B.Soc.Sci. (Hons.) degree in psychology and Ph.D. degree in experimental cognitive psychology from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2005 and 2010 respectively, and visited Professor Dale Purves’s Perception Lab at the Department of Neuroscience and Behavioral Disorders in Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School before returning to join the NUS Department of Psychology as a Lecturer in July 2010, and a Staff Advisor of the NUS Cat Café. Since January 2012, Dr. Lim serves the Department as a Senior Lecturer and was concurrently, from July 2012 to June 2013, the Deputy Director of Psychology Undergraduate Studies and Deputy Chair of the Psychology Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. Since 1 July 2013, Dr. Lim serves the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) as an Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Studies and concurrently heads the Office of Programmes; he has also been appointed by the University as a Fellow of the NUS Teaching Academy. Dr. Lim is the Founding Director of Cognition Lab, a new official research group which he started in the Department of Psychology since 31 July 2013 that spearheads both disciplinary (music cognition) and pedagogical (educational psychology) research projects, and which is currently funded mainly under the FASS Heads & Deanery Research Support Scheme. In October 2013, Dr. Lim has been highlighted to the NUS Office of the Provost as a University Rising Star. Since 1 January 2014, he has been appointed to the inaugural FASS Faculty Teaching Resource Committee (FTRC), an extension of the existing Faculty Teaching Excellence Committee (FTEC). He serves as Deputy Chair of the FASS European Studies Steering Committee since 17 January 2014, the Founding Chair of the NUS Teaching Academy Educational Research Subcommittee since 23 April 2014, and Chair of the FASS Grade-free Education Taskforce since 2 May 2014. From 1 July 2014, Dr. Lim has been elected to the Executive Council of the NUS Teaching Academy. Dr. Lim has won – particularly for teaching and student research supervision – numerous university-, national-, and international-level awards.

Dr. Marek Wosinski is employed by Arizona State University (ASU) as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology and Senior Sustainability Scientist at the Global Institute of Sustainability.  He is also an Associate Professor at Warsaw School of Social Psychology in Poland. Dr. Wosinski received his degrees in psychology (with specialization in clinical and educational psychology) from the University of Warsaw (Poland). He had internships in Montreal, London, and in various mental health institutions in Poland. In 1990 he began teaching at ASU.  Among other basic psychology courses, Dr. Wosinski has been teaching such classes as Community Psychology, Introduction to Community Research and Action, Multicultural Perspective on Community Leadership. Altogether about 45,000 students have gone through his classes (20,000 at ASU alone.)  In the year 2000 he was a finalist for the ASU Teacher of the Year Award and he received the 2008 Outstanding Educator Award granted by the Society for Community Research and Action.  He published 4 books and 60 articles in Polish and international journals.Through his entire career Dr. Wosinski has been very active on the international arena. He was teaching as a visiting professor in the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden. As a guest lecturer and motivational speaker he has been presenting throughout Europe, North/South America and Australia to diversified audiences: teens, teachers, medical doctors, managers, parents, senior citizens, religious communities,  gay communities, and others.  He organ
